What Product Space Is
5C Product Space is a club at the Claremont Colleges focused on helping students grow as leaders in product management. Our goal is to make PM more accessible to 5C students. We provide skill-building workshops, AMAs, interview prep, career mentorship, and a spring semester capstone project where fellows partner with 5C alumni to work on real world product challenges.
What We Offer
Portfolio
All students walk away from the program with a fully functioning, pre-developed portfolio full of their work from their first year with Product Space. Student projects are cultivate the skills needed in the workforce.

Education
In year one of our program, fellows learn essential PM skills including minimum-viable-products, prioritization, user research, and wireframing, web development, Figma, and basic JavaScript.

Networks
All Product Space Fellows have access to 5C alumni in product and technology. Due to Product Space's nature as a multi-school club, fellows also can reach out to Product Space alumni from a growing list of top universities across the nation, including UPenn, UC Berkeley, UC LA, Vanderbilt and more.

Resources
Product Space provides countless resources including personalized resume and interview prep as well as guidance about navigating interview processes, securing positions, and working with career services
Capstone
As the culmination of their learning, all fellows work with startups to solve real-world product problems. Fellows will utilize what they learned during their first semester to create high quality products and solutions.
Mentoring
Every Product Space Fellow is paired with a member of the Leadership Team to provide personalized mentoring and guidance about applying to summer internships.
